Gulab jaman

Ingridients:-                                                          gulab jaman

Dried milk powder              1 cup
Ghee                                      1 tbsp
Flour                                      2 tbsp
Cream                                    2 tbsp
Baking powder                     1 1/2 tsp
Egg                                         1
Cardamon powder               1 tsp

For syrup:
Sugar                                      1 1/2 cup
Water                                      1 cup


  1. Sift flour and baking powder.
  2. Add dried milk in it.
  3. Add ghee, egg and cream and cardimon powder.
  4. Mix well and make  a dough.
  5. knead well for eight minutes.
  6. Make small one inch balls.
  7. heat oil on low flame.
  8. Add balls in it when it is moderately hot on low flame.
  9. when the balls float on the surface on oil, increase heat a bit.
  10. Take out when light brown.
  11. Put them into the syrup immediately.
  12. Poke each with fork.

For syrup:

Combine sugar with water and boil till it is relatively thickens.
Add cardimons for flavor.

Enjoy hot or cold!

    Oh yes i can 😉 hehe i know it’s hard for you to understand, cossometimes i freak myself too hehehehehe. And you’ve got yourself a deal kai i will surely insha Allah make them for you, i once made them for ehri, quite easy to make btw.
