Change

26 Oct

Are you familiar with this word? How often do you hear it? No, never, not often, everyday? So, what is change? Why is change important? Is is wise to bend rather than to break? What is change to you?

Change to me, my friend brings out the best in you, it makes you a better human because it allows you to explore your abilities and polish your skills. Opens new horizons for you to explore, so you never get bored of yourself. And who can get enough of the person having gazillion interests. (with a hint of exaggeration hehehe)

You discover new ideas, thoughts, feelings and the best of all, new-world around you. You won’t get bored anymore.

  1. But the first step to change, is self-assessment and that my friend ain’t THAT easy. All you need to do is, be honest to yourself, filter out all the things you don’t want in yourself  by first jotting ’em down on a piece of paper. Once done get to second level.
  2. Now the second level is that you, give it your best short and do wonders. Now there there, it won’t happen overnight but it won’t take THAT long as well.

Do it often, filter out unnecessary habits and make some space available for some fresh ones. Those who change will get spiritual wisdom. Conversely, those who have wisdom will decide to change. Because only stones don’t change 🙂

Live a better tomorrow.

Adjusting Focus

4 May

When you sleep at 2 am in the morning and except to wake up for the morning prayer. You’re wrong! Doesn’t it ring a bell to you or something like it huh? Well wake up! slap slap* what in earth were you thinking?

Having said that , I would like to welcome you to our clan, our clan of lazy people. People who don’t know where they are headed, who are ignorant of their actions, living in a fool’s paradise.

I don’t know about you, but when i get up at 11 in the morning, some part of me is guilty about getting up this late. I don’t wanna wake up with this feeling. I don’t want to be the ones who NEVER get hold of their routine. Oh no! Oh no! God be willing. People say that having a routine is a tough job to begin with. Well, I would like to disagree but then talking is cheap and I know that none of you will buy it. So, I need to go ahead and prove it to everyone and myself too that it ain’t THAT bigga deal. All you need is a dash of passion, wee bit of determination and lots and lots of supplications 🙂

Well, now that you know my secret recipe to getting hold of your routine, tell everyone about it and let them cook some change in their lives hehehe 🙂

Will get working on this new thing from tomorrow, God be willing! so  all of you can say, “The day has been saved and thanks to the power puff girls leemz”

Wish me luck!
Meeaaoo.

Get a life,Woman!

8 Mar

On this International Women’s Day 2009, i would like to say something to all the ladies out there.

  • Stop bitching about your friends, friends of your friends,  your in-laws, or the woman next door or someone friends to your neighbor.
  • It’s high time you grow out of your obsessive-complex about that equality issue between men and women, learn more about Islam, it will satisfy all your questions. Otherwise you ain’t getting anywhere.
  • You are beautiful the way you are. Stop underestimating yourself.
  • You don’t have to bear his useless crap, just because he’s your husband. Don’t let him treat you like an animal.
  • Get an extra hour of sleep if you want and tell your husband and children to respect your privacy.
  • Try lovin’ your in-laws.They ain’t that bad and do it for a reason and the reason being to please Allah in every possible way.
  • Try to learn kung-fu or some other form of self-defense course and avoid practicing it on your hubby 😉
  • Enjoy whatever your doing & think different because, thinking different makes all the difference.
  • Get a manicure, pedicure, facial or something to pamper yourself.
  • Get a life. Don’t get glum- get a hobby.
  • Know your rights in Islam.
  • Investing time in learning your responsibilities according to Islamic preachings is far, far better than watching T.v, seriously ladies, come ‘on!
  • Learn everything about Islam. Know what’s written in Quran, don’t just restrict reading it on funerals, Kul or only on Jummairat. Make a habit of reading it on daily basis and spread the word.
  • Avoid making emotional decisions, invite logic and rationalism more into your life.
  • They say “women are emotional creatures, always complaining, crying, yelling- just too damn moody and complex”, fix it or else :@
  • Lose that baby belly pudge will ya! palese! 🙂
  • Think, ponder, make a plan.

Always know: A man said to his wife one day, “I don’t know how you can be so stupid and so beautiful all at the same time.” The wife responded, “Allow me to explain. God made me beautiful so you would be attracted to me; God made me stupid so I would be attracted to you!”

Happy International Women’s day, ladies! 🙂
